Responsibilities:

· Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish

· Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

· Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and vendors

· Create, manage, and maintain construction schedules

· Use AccuLynx to track projects, scheduling, and job progress

· Monitor job sites for quality, safety, and productivity

· Coordinate material orders and ensure timely delivery

· Communicate with owners, clients, and internal team members

· Resolve job site issues and maintain workflow

· Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

· Experience using AccuLynx

· Strong ability to read and understand construction plans

· Proven ability to schedule subcontractors and manage project timelines

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Valid driver’s license

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with both residential and commercial construction

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Comfortable working in a small-company environment
