The City of St. Cloud has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a key redevelopment site in downtown St. Cloud. The 3.27-acre North City Hall Redevelopment Site is one of the most desirable redevelopment opportunities in the city.  The site sits at the western gateway to downtown along Division Street and offers exceptional visibility, access to public infrastructure, and scenic views of Lake George, Eastman Park, and the downtown skyline.
