The real costs of building a home: The Pie Chart (David Werschay)

David Werschay and others have been working on illustrating the all-inclusive costs of preparing a property and building a house. David will present the latest "pie chart" graphic and data. We see this as a useful tool in discussing with area leaders how we can streamline regulations and reduce or cover costs to make it more attractive, easier and less costly to build needed housing in our communities.

Open dialogue - Mayors and CMBA members discuss barriers and opportunities to meeting local development and housing needs. Share your thoughts and concerns.
