We will also get an update on what is happening with the challenge to the new 14 independent contractor tests that became effective March 1st.

8:20 Local Government Affairs Update: (Steve Gottwalt, CMBA Government Affairs Consultant) - A complete rundown of local government affairs activities, including our recent meeting with Waite Park officials and stakeholders about how to get more housing built, and planning for the April 29th regional Housing Summit at SCSU.

8:30 What Costs Go Into Building A House: Chair David Werschay will help lead a discussion on the "pie chart" we are developing to show policymakers the cost that go into building a house. We need your input and feedback!
