8:15 Area Mayors & CMBA: Quarterly Roundtable (Mayors invited: St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, Waite Park, St. Joseph, St. Augusta) Our continuing periodic discussion with area mayors re: Development and Building Issues. 

Mayors will each offer a few opting comments about what is going on in their respective communities in the area of housing, development, building-related infrastructure, and related regulations and fees. We'll also get their thoughts on housing and development-related legislative priorities as the 2026 Legislative Session proceeds.

Open dialogue - Mayors and CMBA members discuss barriers and opportunities to meeting local development and housing needs. Share your thoughts and concerns.
