8:15 Area Mayors & CMBA: Quarterly Roundtable (Mayors Invited: St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, Waite Park, St. Joseph, St. Augusta) Our continuing, quarterly discussion with area mayors re: development and building issues. Mayors will each offer a few opening comments about what is going on in their respective communities in the area of housing, development, building-related infrastructure, and related regulations and fees. We also know each city is looking at 2026 budgeting and will want to know how development and building factor into budget planning. Open dialogue - Mayors and CMBA members discuss barriers and opportunities to meeting local development and housing needs. Share your thoughts and concerts.
