Wins, Losses and Next Steps –  Find out what was achieved this session in the area of housing and home building regulations.  The “Starter Home Act” and regulatory issues were front-and-center this session, but there were several other items impacting our industry.  What is the latest on the state’s Family Medical Leave program, what is coming regarding the State Energy Code, and could we overturn the new and confusing Independent Contractor tests?  Come with your questions, and stay ahead of the curve as we continue advocating for our industry!
