8:15  2026 "Growing Sartell Together" Program - Kari Haakonson, City of Sartell Director of Community and Economic Development, will share details of the new program, and how the city hopes it will spur new in fill housing development. 

  • Waived SAC and WAC fees ($6,896 value)
  • Reduced and capped building permit and plan review fees ($1,500 cap)
  • Applies to new single-family home permits
  • Applies only to existing vacant lots
