8:15 Sherburne County Economic Development: Meeting Urgent Housing Needs (Brian Fleming, ED, Sherburne County Economic Development) Brian will share an update on the Sherburne County Housing Study, and the "Housing Study Action Forum" coming up August 26th, 2:30-4:30 p.m., at the Sherburne County Government Center in Elk River. CMBA will be there, and the hope is to create housing action goals for each city and township in Sherburne County.

8:35 Top 3 Fee/Regulatory Changes We Want from Local Cities (Steve Gottwalt, CMBA Government Affairs) Steve will share the results of our CMBA Government Affairs survey about the "top three" fee and/or regulatory changes CMBA member builders would most like to see from our local cities.
